Parodontitis is a very serious disease that can strike at any age. It is caused by untreated gum inflammation, where impurities penetrate the space under the gum along the root of the tooth and destroy the bone. Parodontitis can only be stopped or slowed down. It is therefore a very serious disease, the consequences of which are irreversible and can lead to the loss of teeth.
