How prevention works with MILES

Diagnosis of the condition of the teeth

At the first meeting, we evaluate the general condition of the dentition and create an individual care plan. Diagnosis takes approximately 90 minutes.

We reduce the risk of caries

We will draw up an individual risk profile and a preventive plan. We identify problem areas and propose solutions.

Pay for health

After signing the contract, you pay a one-time fee for entrance diagnostics and an annual prevention program.

Regular care

We will automatically order you for regular check-ups, dental hygiene and treatment according to your preventive plan.

Care-free guarantee

If, after all, caries develops through our care, we will pay for its treatment. No discussion, no conditions.

Do I need to be a MILES client?

Yes, the programme is available exclusively to clients of our branches and is only available with dental hygiene, or dental hygiene and whitening.

What are the other programme benefits?

Clients receive a 30% discount on selected dental care products.

How does the guarantee work?

This is a unique programme that guarantees that, provided all conditions are met, no cavity will form on a previously untreated tooth. If a cavity does form despite this, the repair is covered by us at one of our partner dentists.

How is risk assessed?

Red – we decline the client for further treatment, orange – we set up a treatment plan, green – the client can move to the guarantee.
