1.1 Preliminary provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between MILES dental care s.r.o. and patients in the provision of dental services.

1.2 Ordering and providing services

You can order in person, by phone, email or via the online form on miles.cz. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the provider reserves the right to change the date of treatment.

‍

1.3 Price list and payments

The price list of services is available on the website and directly in the premises located at Plzeňská 8, Prague. Payments can be made in cash, by card or by transfer.

‍

1.4 Cancellation policy

The appointment can be cancelled free of charge or changed at the latest 24 hours in advance. In case of later cancellation, the client may be charged a fee of CZK 500.

‍

1.5 Complaints

The claim can be filed within 14 days, the settlement will take place within 30 days.

‍

1.6 Final provisions

These terms and conditions shall take effect on 15 May 2025.
